Our team is looking for a NQ Solicitor to join our expanding Glasgow office. We are passionate about providing our clients with the best possible legal advice and representation across Scotland.

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join our team. Ideally with some experience but willing to consider newly qualified with experience in other fields that included court work.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scots law, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also be looking to expand their court and advocacy experience in the Sheriff Courts.
The role will involve
- Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury.
- Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients under the Compulsory Pre-Action Protocol.
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing Solicitors.
- Representing clients in the Sheriff Court.
- Working with Counsel in Court of Session Claims.
Qualifications and Experience
- Newly qualified Scottish solicitor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Court experience or insight to court procedure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
